This is a great place for hanging out with your friends. You can eat and chat for as long as you want. The burgers are great and the bottomless drinks and fries are just very attractive! We arrived a little late for without reservations, but the restaurant had a table and seated us immediately (was a full house). My dinner companion ordered a glass of wine (sauvignon blanc) which was delivered promptly. I had Shiraz. We ordered the salade. The salad was crisp, fresh with crunch toasted walnuts, sweet roasted beets, and tangy raspberry viniagrette. The prawns were fabulous, seared tender and sweet, prepared with lemon butter, tomatoes and capers. Our entrees were the New York steak and she ahd salmon. Both were very good, prepared just right with a light charred crust. Did not stay for dessert, as we were out of time and had other commitments (hotel reservation) and a curfew. Our server was attentive, without being intrusive, and very helpful with explaining the menu choices. Unfortunately, he was a he. Room was dark, clean, lots of wood tones... room is a little packed, but acceptable because the darkness assured privacy. Lire plus

I have visited their restaurant once before and had a nice dinner experience with friends but wanted to enjoy my meal this night at home so I ordered takeout. I had their bacon wrapped chicken which was prepared just right. The bacon was crispy and the chicken very moist. A good helping of yummy mashed potatoes, asparagus puree and an Asian coleslaw so hopefully you like cilantro. The food was ready at the bar for pickup. Lire plus

They have a good standard menu. My friend loves her BC beef burger and I decided to try the ribs for a change. It was fine and served with coleslaw and potato salad. Lots of booth seating or tables. Not loud so you can hear yourself talk except for the odd child being a little noisy. The service was good especially if you go early evening when not busy just yet. We finished it odd with a sizeable brownie served with ice cream which did the sugar trick. Lire plus
