I just moved up from Calgary and needed to find a dentist close to work, my friend recommended this office (She has been a patient for many years and raves about this office. I was not disappointed at all, fantastic service. I was warmly welcomed and the dentist and his helper explained my treatment needed. They were able to complete the work I needed.(Didn't even feel the needle!!) I will happiliy return in 6 months. Thanks

All of the staff here were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Flanagan was great with my two little girls. I would highly recommend this place!

Poor service for a hefty bill

1. Nobody was greeting or giving me any attention for about good 5 min. when I walked in the reception area (I was the only one waiting in line and standing right in front of them!). They were just chatting and laughing so I finally had to interrupt their conversation to get myself registered. 2. My dental hygienist was unfriendly and had a very poor communication skill. She would instruct me to open my mouth big occasionally, but other times she would just grab my head side to side instead of

Unorganized and very expensive compare to other dentist. I was charged almost triple of the quote they gave me. Very disappointing.
