Olivieri Dental Care

I am new to Hamilton and unfortunately chose Dr. Olivieri as my dentist. I had only one visit and that was enough. I found him to be arrogant, callous, disrespectful and demeaning to his employees. IN MY PRESENCE. I have seen a pig with better manners! I have no insurance and even though I had a full set of X-rays from my previous dentist, which could be transferred, he wants to have another full set done by him. It was obvious he was trying to set me up for expensive treatment. NOT recommended!

I have been a patient here for almost 40 years and until recently I have received the best care. Now the new staff is unbelievably rude and ignorant. The secretary, Kelly, would rather have patients leave then address their concerns. I have always gone to the same room since I have been a patient there, now I am being sent to this horrid room at the end of the hallway. I have been given the worst hygienist I have ever come into contact with. I have never complained about a hygienist until now.

My kids and I have been seeing the Olivieri family for about 20 years. They are amazing. They gave me back my smile. And my life. Thank you for everything.

Great dentists and staff. Always treated like family! All procedures have pre-approval from insurance and I'm never surprised with extra charges. I highly recommend these dentists!

The Olivieri team are very professional, well trained, always happy to see myself and my spouse. They have always taken great care of our dental needs with the utmost respect to our circumstances both personally and dental issues. The Olivier's are not only a professional team but a family team who goes to great lengths to get us the best possible dental care and also who truly cares about us and as far as I have witnessed, to all of their patients.

I've been a satisfied patient of "Doc's" for many many years and enjoy the family atmosphere. The staff are wonderful and we actually have lots of laughs (not bad for a dentist office eh). Thank you for taking care of my health and teeth!

Wonderful Doctor and staff! Caring and comforting atmosphere.

I have recently taken my 86 year old aunt for a consultation at Dr. Olivieri office, she was nervous at first however his staff immediately put her at ease. The office was clean and comfortable. When we went in to the room we were again greeted by a lovely assistant who explained what was going to be done, and then she met Dr. Olivieri who was very gentle and informative. My aunt continues to see him and his staff and is very happy with their services.

The moment i walk through the door i feel as though i am visiting friends, not going to a dental appointment. I recently had a soft tissue graft done. I had much trepidation to get it done, but the Doc put me at ease and performed the procedure without as much as a flinch from me. In hindsight i was worried for nothing. Friendly, warm courteous staff that makes going to the dentist a lot less stressful. Thank you to the entire Olivieri Team!
