I had been a customer for over 10 years and I was extremely happy with them in the beginning but as many others have stated the service has been getting worse and worse over the years. My last appointment was for shots and one other issue. The vet forgot to do the shots and called me that evening apologizing and stating that I could book back in at my convenience and would only be charged for the shots and not the appointment. Of course when I went in for the shots they charged me for the ap
