    Say Goodbye To Your Security Deposit

    They charge you various fees like carpet cleaning, rekeying, administration fees, to the point where your month and a half damage deposit is nearly at 0. Be prepared to loose all your damage deposit after renting from LeTeam business to business.

    A 3 month stay, less then 10 visits to unit 309(size of a small bathroom). And you think it's reasonable to charge $190.00 for carpet cleaning??? Keys that were returned, on time. The lack of your knowledgeable staff misplaced them, you had to have to track them on security camera. But you thought it was reasonable to charge us $125.00 to re-key when you have the keys!! Money gouging company. AVOID at all costs!! STAY AWAY! KEEP YOUR MONEY!

    Very Rude and Disrespectful

    The building manager Yolanda has been rude, disrespectful and frankly, dishonest in her dealings with our staff. After 2 years of renting here, despite the inconvenience and cost, we have finally decided to move to another location. If you are considering using the services here, I would look further. The previous comments by another unhappy tenant are very accurate in my opinion, and our company would have continued to tolerate the poor services, had the manager not been so difficult, rude and unreasonable. Buyer - or in this case - lessee beware.

    Unprofessional Customer Service

    Landlord has "Ostrich Syndrome" when repairs are needed Yolanda likes to bury her head in the proverbial sand ignoring anything and everything that will cost money to repair. The roof leaked in my unit and discoloured the drywall, instead of painting Yolanda had her cleaning staff wash the wall so the water stain is 3 times larger and 3 times darker. The best is when the carpet started to unravel at a seam, I reported the issue to her, she buried her head in the sand for over 4 months until it became a tripping hazard then tried to blame me the tenant. The front and rear parking lots are never cleaned in the winter. Sink holes do not get patched until they are over 12 inches deep. Save your car's suspension. Save yourself numerous headaches. Go rent somewhere else.
