The staff and doctors are very friendly and helpful.

They are very honest and will not take advantage of you like some vets do. My dog had blood in her poop and I called them and they asked me some questions and said that since she was still lively and active to keep an eye on the situation and if the problem continued to contact them. My dog is fine now and I appreciate the fact that Animal Ark didn't fear monger me into coming in and having to pay a big vet bill.

Dr Mackowiak is an awesome vet! So knowledgeable and down to earth!

I was very disappointed with the service I received. Paid $150 for blood work for my dog. I was handed a piece of paper, no consult with the vet to explain results, nothing. I complained! Vet came out to the lobby, gave a very sketchy run down of the results, then left! What the hell? How would I know what any of the results would mean - you'd think with bloodwork, the very least they could do is explain the results!!! Not going back there again.
