Worst Photographer ever!

The worst photographer ever. Total waste of money. I would be happier if I would have used a selfie stick to take my wedding photos. Brock likes to take natural photos, so your eyes are always closed or your head is pointing in the wrong direction. Im writing this review to hopefully save other people the pain of dealing with Brock. Even when confronted with an unhappy customer, Brock makes no attempt or effort to help or even talk to you. Once he is paid, he is done with you.

Worst experience ever

Brock took our wedding photos, we chose him based off his website and online reviews. It was a huge mistake. Our wedding was at the end of July, we didn't get our pictures until November. When we did receive them we got 291 photos, out of more than 3000 that he took. If these were the best I am horrified to think of what the majority looked like. Many of the photos are blurry and terrible shots. We ended up having to retake photos with a real photographer. We lost our wedding day. ?

I used Brock's services on two occasions now and both times I was pleased with the final product. He is very professional and easy to deal with. Very upfront with me and my wife and there were no hidden fees. He even went the extra mile and waited for other people in our party that were late, didn't overcharge me or anything like that.
