had to return my vehicle multiple times because of sub par mechanical skills and missing nuts and bolts. was told that my grille was not installed properly because "aftermarket parts don't always fit the same" they failed to connect transmission lines when the trans cooler was replaced causing me to get stranded on the highway. blatantly lied to by the manager and appraiser throughout the entire claim. .01/10 wouldn't recommend to someone I hate.
I just had my vehicle done, and they did a fantastic job. Totally would recommend them to anyone. They made it so easy. Kept me updated on the process and made sure I had a vehicle the day of it getting dropped off. Customer service was FANTASTIC and a great help for any questions or concerns I had. Thanks Carstar for making my truck beautiful again.
Had a recent collision and asked my insurance adjuster for a recommended auto body shop. She gave me Carstar Mayfield over her traditional approved repair shop. The new management met me in person and explained everything to me which took away so much of the stress. They treated me with respect and the repairs they did were outstanding. I was very satisfied and would not go anywhere else.
Gave me 3 different dates that my car would be done, terrible at returning phone calls, would tell me my car would be done on a certain date and they would call me that day, would receive no calls or updates.
My vehicle was in a collision and it was recommended to me to take it to Carstars Mayfield. I took it in they said it would be ready in a few days, and upon my return from holidays I got a phone call saying it wasn't ready and would be another week. They promised a rental vehicle for the same day, got told I wasn't getting one for up to 3 days. Finally my vehicle was finished after they ordered the wrong tail gate to go and pick it up and that my tail gate windshield moulds were cracked
