Capilano Bottle Depot

Although this bottle depot is near my home, I will travel to Sherwood Park to return my bottles. I was starting to wonder why I was getting so much less $$ as compared to similar amounts of returns at other depots. I started counting along and noted that they were shorting me every time they entered an amount in their computer. When I commented on it, several gentlemen who work there made comments I could not understand and all started laughing. I felt very uncomfortable. Have never been back!!!

Have tried them three times and got shorted every time. Always have counted along and they short you probably 15% of the value.

good depot, fast, and mostly honest. just don't go to the shorter kid always wearing a toque. ripped me off about $50 bucks worth on a truck load. had a second truck load (even smaller then the first) the same day and got a different sorter, got over $50 bucks more for the second load. i mean $75 bucks for a whole truck load the first time? a little hard not to scratch your head there. been going there over a year and i've never had a problem with anyone else. avoid him!
