I have nothing but comments to Rob and Wendy, I had received a call from Wendy about a maintenance issue I had. They were prompt, courteous and respectful. Rob completed the job of repairing my kitchen cupboard drawer, and readjusting my curtains and other repairs that I mentioned that had to be done. He was more than able to explain what the issue was. And he replaced it quickly. I WOULD LOVE to give them more stars but I can not.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY! On move in they didnt want to write any damages down on move out I found out why. Very difficult to get in contact with on phone/email. Do not complete repairs. If payment that is auto withdrawl is not taken out by them, you will be served with a notice for court even if you have proof you tried comtacting them multiple time. Very rude, unprofessional manner of service. Want to charge you $600 on move out for a small paint patch. RECORD ALL CONVOs with them!
