    If you buy a power tool from your local Home Depot forget calling with even the simplest of questions. Perhaps in their quest for as much money coming in and as little going out they are short staffed. You will be on hold for at least 15 min. And then the phone will hang up. After all, they all ready have your money... Recently widowed with no skills for doing little repair jobs around the house and no family nearby I just wanted to ask a simple query about the charger.
