    A few days ago, Alex came to diagnose a Thermador Microwave Oven. He worked efficiently and quickly found the defective parts. He also contacted his office to let me know the cost of repair. I am very satisfied with his service.

    They were quick and good at fixing my dryer but I feel they were expensive. $307 for changing a pulley!!!

    Avoid Fast Appliance! We called them to repair our overheating LG oven, which they said they were certified to do. In fact they weren't! Their technician arrived & diagnosed an issue with the oven control board. We paid $73 for the diagnosis & he indicated they'd order the LG part. Because they weren't certified by LG, arranging for the part was never going to happen & Fast Appliance knew that upfront! As it turned out the oven was under recall by LG & a certified company repaired it no charge!

    Unprepared tech - avoid this company

    Tech came prepared with ONE part for fixing a washing machine...and it wasn't even the right one since he never asked ahead of time what the make and model was of the machine. When he figured out the real problem, he didn't know what the part name was because he couldn't find it in an internet search and therefore couldn't quote a price either. Called back next day to see if a part and quote was available and was told he was too busy to talk and would call back later.

    Dear Heather J, When the appointment was made you could not provide us with the model number of your washer. When the technician arrived, he obtained the model number and found out what part needs replacement. However he was not able to locate the part in our warehouse and said he will call you the next day. The next day when you called him, he was with other clients and said he will call you back asap. He called you back on the same day and provided you with a quote. We try to do our best and we are sorry for the delayed call.
