I was tired of going to the gym and not getting results. I wasn’t motivated. I stumbled on to ILKB by accident. A happy accident! I purchased the 3 class starter promotion, but I didn’t need the last 2 classes. I signed up the first night I was there. It’s simple. You show up, you follow the instructors lead, you get results.
