I have been dealing with this family business for 25 years and I can't say enough about the service I have had. It is so nice to go in and get all the service and questions I have answered in such a pleasant helpful manner. A great spot I might add if your looking for an unusual lamp!

Great Service and Prices, unique designer pieces not found anywhere else, absolutely recommended

The online reviews are what prompted me to choose this family run business in seeking out a hard to find lamp harp. I called them and sure enough they had it in stock. This was after searching for the size that is not commonly found in stores. From walking in the door the staff smiled and all seemed very friendly. S &N is our go-to lighting store. Some will think the prices are too high, but you have to realize that quality costs more. When you purchase lighting products at "big box" stores, you are often buying inferior quality. Also, if all of us only buy at the big box stores, eventually there won't be any family businesses left. S & N is owned by people who grew up in the area. Suki, Darsh, and Charn are all great guys. It's always a pleasure to do business with them.

Not a Good Experience

I purchased 6 specialty bulbs. After waiting two months for an order that was only going to take a few days - after being (located post-order with S&N) charged $190.29 when a comparable was available locally at $22.00 - after waiting an unreasonable time for a refund and then only getting $134.00 - after dealing with your company that, for the most part, was not responsive to me as a customer - I am very disappointed with the customer service/relationship with S&N Lighting.
