Clearwater Towing

Extremely rude and unprofessional.

Needed tow from Blue River to Clearwater. Driver, Kelvin, helped find accommodation and arranged transport for myself and son to Clearwater since COVID restrictions wouldn’t allow passengers in tow truck. Thanks!

Not friendly to deal with at all, lazy, lack of communication. Very poor customer experience.

What can I say other than it is brutal when you break down in the middle of (almost) nowhere and need a tow. Well, that's exactly what happened to us on our way from Edmonton to Vancouver. Clearwater was the closest town. It was getting late so we had to stay the night in town. They were quick at getting us towed and back on the by noon the next day, making a major headache a little less painful.Thanks for a job well done.

My car broke down...

My car broke down and was inopperable. They picked me up and guided me through the process of what to do as it was my first time with the experience. When i arrived at their personal shop they took care of me and helped me decide a plan of action for my vehicle. They went above and beyond their call of duty by driving me into town to a hotel free of charge. Great service!
