You might say fate charted a course for Little Pink Door Boutique co-owners' Colette Bennett and Lori Sutherland, who met at Deep Cove Yacht Club, and whose conversations were sparked more often than not about sales, rather than sails.

Inspired by fashion, shopping, and photography, both women instinctively knew these passions would play a significant role in their lives at some stage, but were uncertain when; entrepreneurship struck at forty-something.

As North Shore residents and feeling a deficit in the local boutique marketplace for the 35-plus demographic, Colette and Lori filled the need for a personal shopping experience, which included age-appropriate, proper-fitting clothes that would make women look beautiful and feel good.
