Currently understaffed. No tech person on duty today. Long wait to even attempt to “ book in” my computer for analysis of problem. Left without booking in as the single appropriate staff person was far too busy to look after me.

Excellent tech staff... professional, competent... want to thank especially Jordan and Dan for their help and patience.

This is by far my favourite electronics and supply store. I have used printing services and was treated with professional class. Help has always been there when necessary and, if the person serving me couldn't help, another staff person was called who was able to assist. If they didn't have the product I was looking for, they said so, on several occasions offering a viable alternative. On one occasion when a staff member was obviously new, she quickly secured help from another staff person.

Went in there looking for WiFi Dongles. Found some but after decided to look around and felt like I was being watched like a hawk; very unnerving. At the cash, the employee was ranging me through chewing on food which is quite disgusting. I don't recommend this store.

Horrible services...

Horrible services! The employees keep talking during work and don't prioritize and tend to their customers. I had to wait for a long line up with an inexperienced cashier unsupervised. One of the employees also advised me not to buy Staples products because they aren't good, which is daunting because this kind of employee won't help the company sell their own products. The place is dirty and crawling with bugs which is disgusting! I highly do not recommend this store!

extremely knowledgeable staff! I would highly recommend this store to anybody looking for top notch customer service, professional advice, or just meeting your every day needs. Associates and management go above and beyond. They have really made my life a lot easier.

Worst services, managers, and employees. The managers are inexperienced when it comes to handling their employees. I often catch new trainees at the front desks without a supervisor watching them and end up making a lot of errors. With this kind of work environment, I will NOT recommend this place to anyone who's trying to get a job. There are much better companies out there to apply to.
