The bottom element in our wall mount oven stopped working. The element itself was electrically viable, however something in the oven control panel was malfunctioning. Mr. Prado was quick to diagnose the problem and called a distributor to get the part....bad news, they don't make this part any more. This brilliant service technician proceeded to take the control panel apart, removed the oven board and with a little solder here and there, resolved the problem! Saved us the cost of a new oven!
