If you want to be treated with equality DO NOT go here. Owner is rude and they treat people who are not vaccinated as secondary class citizens.... I will not ever be going back to this establishment. Do yourself a favour and take your business somewhere else.

I have been going to South Winnipeg Eye Centre for as long as I’ve needed glasses (about 20 years). Joceline, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and has always had the best interest in my eye health. I’ve since moved to Stonewall and still make the hour drive to see her for all my glasses and contact needs. The prices are affordable and the quality of service is unbeatable. I highly recommend!

Owner is rude and condescending insinuated that I purposely damaged my frames and that they may not be covered on warranty which they were . Told myself at that moment she just lost a loyal customer. She Needs a course in customer service...

Will NOT be back! Joceline, who seems to be the main person there needs to have a course in customer service! While buying my glasses, she was good - however, upon return for adjustment, she snatched the glasses off my face, and made it known I was being a bother! Two times more had to go there, and had the same unwelcome feeling! The young lady who helped me today was fine (not Joceline). Still, won't go there again.
