TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Friendly service. Courteous staff. I was treated like a VIP!

I'm a new customer. I was pleased with the incentive to open my account. TD has a better deal for seniors than Royal Bank. It's easier to get to on the bus too. The staff was friendly. I wish TD would use envelopes when people want to make a deposit at the ATM. It was a pain to do so I got staff to do it. The machine is very fussy when the bills go in. It kept spitting the bills out.

Absolutely the worst bank in the world. The advisor screwed up our mortgage and when we tried to talk to the branch manager we received nothing but double talk and denials.

Treated very poorly .... Suprized on how i was treated ... So much i decided to switch banks
