Donna has good experience as a hairdresser and is a nice person. The downside is that my experience of not being able to stay at her station while my color was processing and being asked to sit at different places every time she had client in between my pre-booked appointments became frustrating. When I voiced my objection to this, she told me she would then have to charge me more for her service. Never went back!!!
