I could never go there again...The service for the eye exam was great, however when it comes to getting my glasses, let just say it took 2 1/2 months, and I have to constantly be calling. I needed those glasses urgently and they were well aware of it, I received false informations about the delivery of my glasses the agent told me the manager herself will personally go pick up my classes and that was after waiting for 2 months, each time I called there's issue, my glasses were broken(3 times)

We're always sorry to hear of any inconvenience faced by any of our patients or clients. We respect our patients' privacy, so it's our policy to deal directly with patient issues, by calling the patient involved and resolving their issues in person rather than responding on a public forum. Unfortunately, we experienced some unexpected issues with a supplier late last year that were beyond our control, but assure you that measures have since been taken to rectify the issue. We realize this does not in any way make up for what you experienced, and can only apologize again.
