Best Vacuums

I took a Dyson to them for repair. I paid them over $80.00 and all they did was glue the old part back on and never even fixed the problem that caused the part to fall off in the first place. This very expensive glue job lasted 2 uses and it fell apart again.

Too bad that no star is not an option. I called the place to inquire about repair services and within minutes I experienced accusatory and rude tone and choice of words. The experience continued after having dropped off our central vac unit for warranty repair. Due to extremely poor customer treatment we ended up picking up the unit and taking it elsewhere to be repaired at cost to us just so to not have to deal with Best Vacuums any further. Inappropriate name for this unprofessional place.

Great experience, very friendly, good service. My vacuum is running great now! Was repaired within a week. Thank you!

I don’t even want to give this place one star. Terrible service, sold me a piece of junk and won’t let me return it. Don’t go here.
