    You will loose your money

    They got the contracted amount for the summer package in advance, cut the front and backyard lawn only one time and did not show up again despite of my calls and emails.

    Don't waste your time or money

    Consumers Beware!!!! This company is an absolute joke. Missed appointments No call backs Scheduling nightmares. Additional Charges over and above original cost. Anything that could go wrong with this company, did! Stay as far away from Bugman as you can!

    Totally regret using them!!!

    These people provide horrible service, not returning calls, not coming when they said they will, and misleading you in what you are paying for. My mice problem was never really solved by them given that the mice came back after a month, even when I paid for the flat rate fee (which was so expensive!!! I should have gone with the per-visit fee, but he made it sound like I would pay more in the long run, which was totally untrue). At the end, they never showed up to fix the problem after many many phone calls and emails.
