We purchased a woodstove installation costing approximately $6,000 last year. Within the first year warranty, there was a minor problem with the blower system. We brought the defective part to them and were promised a replacement switch.
After about 6 months and many phone calls and emails we have still not received the new part or any explanation about the delay. They are not returning our messages now. So our blower system is still not working in the middle of a severe cold spell.
One would expect much better service than this after a $6,000 purchase.
