CARSTAR Midland

I had an exceptionally positive experience with the Midland shop. They were very kind and personable and did an excellent job in repairing damage to my Genesis in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this shop and the personnel.

Andrew and his team are nothing but unprofessional. Almost three months later and my car is still not fixed, they went ahead with work that was not approved, and even joked about how customers are always right while rolling their eyes. Completely unprofessional, rude, and lazy!
