I have an issue with a fridge that they have serviced in the past. I was trying to get them to come in and take a look at the fridge again and the gentlemen on the phone was incredibly rude to me. I was having trouble answering some of his troubleshooting questions, and he got frustrated with me and told me to go somewhere else and hung up the phone on me. I would highly recommend going somewhere. I guess the people at this company dont subscribe to the golden rule
The man who picked up the phone was extremely rude, I asked if they had a technician available and he was not having it. Terrible customer service if I could give zero stars I would!
Horrible service. I have a top of the line under warranty fridge that required work within the first 9 months, and they came only to say that "there's nothing we can do, it's too humid out". They effectively said the fridge would only work if it was placed inside another fridge.
They wouldn't even empty the pan. So, they did NOTHING, except provide a basic excuse as to why they did nothing. Sound familiar?
