Bad customer serv...
Bad customer service: curt, insensitive and disrespectful. Lost of rolling eyes and lack of patience to explain things. Adamant it should be done their way or no way. It is either you go with the super extra charge for a small job that gets blown out of proportion or they'll refuse to do any work. And the refusal comes from somebody who is at the front desk, not even someone qualified to make those types of decisions.
