Asphalt cracked. Asphalt done twice. After the second time, i call every week for almost 3 months to find a solution with no follow ups from them. I mentionned on many occasions that i wanted the cracks to be fixed before the snow started. After complaining so many times they manager finally called. Guess what... he said he would be coming this week. Well that week... it snowed and nerver got any follow up again. Client service is not their priority.
