There were a lot of people in the store, and the staff were quite busy, but someone attended to us within 2 minutes of our arrival. I have been a repeat customer for two decades. Polite, attentive service. Watch battery service in minutes. Great selection of jewellery in a range of prices, in a "shop local" setting. Custom work was exactly as described and within cost estimates. Repairs are done on site and delivered as promised. Friendly staff and lovely clean store, centrally located, with a non-pretentious attitude. Highly recommended.

Always appreciate the great service and team at Ed's pawn shop. They have gone out of their way to help me in many situations where I don't know what I would of done without their help. Even to stay on the phone with me after hours to help me set up my electronics. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
