My fridge stopped cooling/freezing, I called Fast Eddie Appliances, it was close to closing time on a Friday afternoon, yet they went out of their way to send someone over within minutes. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and he had the part to fix it on the spot. Their rates were very reasonable. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast appliance service.

I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this. I have NEVER met more genuinely decent and honest people. These folks have been in business for 40 years and I can see why. They deserve your business. I contacted the Stoney Creek store, electronically with a question. Joseph responded very quickly
He answered all my questions and then suggested that since my location would result in expensive delivery charges that I shop locally but be sure to ask for the energy rebate.
I did purchase locally and thanks to Josephs suggestion, saved over $200 due to the rebate.

Our old refrigerator died. We decided to buy a large separate fridge/freezer. After doing some research online we stopped buy to compare prices and were very pleasantly surprised to find not only did they have the unit we wanted in stock, but the floor model was on sale. We saved 33% and they delivered the units within 7 days. Derek, the salesman that helped us, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend this store/business.
