Tyler came to my home to assess a problem with the water and pump system on a Maytag fridge. He was very professional and assessed it to be a faulty water filter that was purchased form Mr Appliance. There was no service charge for his visit as a result. He replaced the water filter and delivered to my home the same day. Excellent service.

absolutely fantastic service. Had a washing machine that would not do the rinse cycle, or drain.
Called them and was told a tech would be out in an hour.
He was. Showed up, diagnosed the issue, provided a quote to fix and was in and out in quick order.
Price was very fair and I truly appreciate the ability to come out so quickly.
Friendly, professional and quick.

Upon entering you are greeted by a very polite and professional young lady. Like all public places your temperature is taken and you are asked to sanitize your hands. This is the norm these days. TALKED WITH ONE OF THE TECHS ABOUT A REPAIRMAN AND EVEN THOUGH THEY DONT SUPPLY THEM, HE WAS WILLING TOI DISCUSS THE MODEL AND ISSUE AND WITHIN MINUTES HIS KNOWLEDGE AND HELPFULNESS HAS SAVED ME A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS IN DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR.
