The absolute erudite grace of this exceptional employee ensured my safe and speedy discovery of the product i was searching helplessly for amid the lengthy aisles of this great establishment.

Bought a hall tree, among other things, from the Langley location, sadly the back to the tree was damaged when I opened the box. Not a big deal it happens. The staff ( I wish I got her name) was excellent in exchanging the damaged part for a new one they had in stock. Great service and a happy repeat customer.

I would like to thank two wonderful ladies,Jordanka from the 5th floor, and Cindy from Levi's on the 6th floor, who went extra mile to find my bag with expensive items that I lost in the store this boxing day. Both of them were not only sympathetic to my problem, but also proactive in efforts to help me. I was in distress but thanks to their actions, my bag was found and they saved the birthday present that I bought for my friend. I cannot thank them enough and hope their managers read this post

I love the Bay...they try really hard to please everyone’s budget.. Great clothes lines...lots of good sales...just about everything my family and I wear is from the Bay!
I hope they never close down like Sears. They will always be my go to store for everything!
