This pharmacy has the best service by far. They are extremely efficient, and offer exceptional customer service. They are always courteous, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and as an added benefit, their dispensing fee is low so you don’t have to pay when you have full coverage, unlike other competitors. Plus they are much more personable compared to other pharmacies.

Recently, on two different occasions, I needed to start prescribed medications as soon as possible. The pharmacist at Kanata North Pharmacy took extra care to make sure that happened, waiting only 10 minutes to fill my prescriptions. As well the staff are friendly, kind and very knowledgeable making sure I was well informed. The service provided is much more personal then you will find at a “big box” pharmacy

Pharmacy staff are very caring and provide good advice when asked. Staffing often causes problems...too few people on Pharmacy desk. But the staff that are on duty are wonderful!

i have been going there for awhile the staff go beyond and they are so helpful and friendly they care about you today i could not go and pick up my meds so one of the staff after his shift came to drop it off to me i appreciated that so much i could recommend people to go there any time i am very satisfied with there services and all i will like to thank the staff you are all doing an excellent job
