I have tried groomers in my area and I have found Cedar Hills Grooming to be the best. The girls are very friendly, and caring towards the animals and provide great customer service. You can tell when they come out to greet you that they love their job and the animals. I have taken my dog there many times, they always groom my dog to what is best for him and what is easier for him to cope with as sometimes he is a little matted. (my fault). I have never been disappointed. Thanks Girls,

I was so pleased with my dog's first appointment on Monday with Teresa. She made arrangements for him to come at a quiet time as he has had some very stressful situations at other groomings. Her calm and caring manner mad it easy for him and the result was very nice. I cannot thank her enough. High recommend

On short notice Wendy made a change to her busy schedule to accommodate my dog Wren he is a poodle/cairn terrier and if any of you dont know they are very skittish naturally i mean a he runs from leaves. But in a manner of minutes Wendy had gained his confidence and to my amazement he took to her like he known her all his life and the price was very reasonable price. This truly talented young lady is an absolute wizard! We have taken our "monster cranky cat" to her for management of his LONG fur problems - whereas I have been shredded trying to groom this rescue cat, Grace kept chatting as she just took care of business and trimmed his stomach, underarms, etc. with mostly purring on the cat's part (remember, I have scars on both arms and hands!) Then, she asked an impossible question - "would you like his nails cut?", she asked calmly AND DID IT!! Amazing!

I've been using K9 Pack Pals as doggie daycare for my last 3 dogs and would be bereft without it. All my dogs loved going there and could hardly wait to get in those doors. I feel my dog is safe while at K9 and having fun. I love the women who work there and am happy to follow their guidelines and rules because I know it is in the interests of my own dog having an environment that is safe, happy and fun while I am at work.
